Our friends at Success Primary School (Perth, WA)

Everyone was in a costume at Success Primary School when I visited them. It was wonderful seeing all the superheroes, fairies and princesses during Children’s Book Week.

I spent the afternoon reading Multicultural Me to 9 classes from Kindy to Year 4. It was great hearing the different questions they asked. The younger children asked more questions about the pictures and illustrations, whilst the older ones asked about the process of writing books.

I spent the afternoon laughing with the friendly children and teachers and I’ll never forget that special afternoon.
